Mix sugar, chicken essence, salt, and black pepper into a small bowl. Put as much salt as possible. Sugar depends on taste, but it must not be too much. Pour in 150g of barbecue sauce. Add a little cold water and make it slightly thinner. Just two tablespoons will do.

Dip the chicken wings one by one in sauce. Put it in place after smearing it. Pour in vodka. Marinate overnight.

Preheat oven to maximum temperature for 10 minutes.

1. The chicken wings don't have enough tea flavor. My conclusion is that I should brew the tea first and then pour it in, but since I haven't tried it yet, I haven't included it in the recipe. 2. A slightly lower oven temperature and a longer baking time will allow the flavors to absorb better.
