- dried tofu 100 grams
- salad oil 25 grams
- refined salt 3 grams
- spiced powder 2 grams
- MSG 3 grams
- rice vinegar a little
Steps for stir-fried shredded tofu with green bean sprouts

Wash the mung bean sprouts and place them in a bowl for later use.

Cut the dried tofu into shreds, cut the green onion and ginger into minced pieces and place it on a plate for later use.

Put the oil in a hot pan and heat it up, saute the chives and ginger.

Add the dried shredded tofu and stir fry well.

Pour in mung bean sprouts and stir fry well, add refined salt, five-spice powder, and a little water.

Stir fry evenly, stir-fry the green bean sprouts and dried shredded tofu until done, and finally add MSG to taste and add a little rice vinegar.

Stir fry evenly, remove from the pan, and place into a plate.
