Maotai-flavored pork ribs noodles with fried sauce
By KenyaCormier
I got up early at 5:30 in the morning to buy ribs, because if I went late, only bones were left. The price of pork increased by 19 yuan per catty of ribs, but I still bought several ribs back, hehe... Make it for LG. Braised pork ribs, stewed pork ribs... I was tired of eating it, so I changed the method and paired it with Junyue-scented bean paste to make it Maotai-flavored pork ribs. The taste is not ordinary! Just thinking about it makes me want to eat it.

Steps for Maotai-flavored pork ribs noodles with fried sauce

1
Wash the ribs for later use.
2
The must-have June-scented bean paste, cut ginger, garlic, and peppers.
3
Wash the pork ribs, add a little salt, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, half a tablespoon of soy sauce, stir well and marinate for about 10 minutes
4
Wash the cabbage and shred it.
5
Pour a little oil into the pan and stir-fry the garlic slices until fragrant.
6
Then add the shredded cabbage and stir-fry until soft and remove from the pan.
7
Pour the oil again into the pan and stir-fry the ginger, garlic, and peppers until fragrant.
8
After stir-frying, add the marinated pork ribs and stir fry.
9
Pour boiling water into the ribs and heat it for 10 minutes. (Remember to open the lid and stir well halfway)
10
When the soup is halfway cooked, turn to medium heat, add a little sesame oil, and then add 2 tablespoons of Junyue-fragrant bean paste and stir fry well.
11
Cover and cook over medium heat until the soup is a little thick.
12
I bought fresh noodles.
13
Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, put the noodles in, and wait until the water boils again.
14
The ribs absorb the sauce aroma of Junyue-Xiang bean paste and are really delicious.
