Steps for Minced pork and cowpea

Soak cowpeas and cut them into small particles. (I added three small pickled peppers ~)

Marinate the minced pork with cooking wine, starch and little salt for a while.

Put a few Zanthoxylum bungeanum in the oil pan and fry until fragrant.

Put the minced meat in the pan and stir-fry it to disperse and remove it.

Leave a small amount of oil in the pan and add soaked cowpeas to stir-fry.

Add the minced meat and continue to stir fry. Add the chicken essence and start to the pan ~
