Steps for wolfberry bread

Wash and drain the Chinese wolfberry before use; weigh all ingredients, except butter, and pour into the inner cylinder of the bread maker.

Fermentation until twice its original size for the first time, and gently squeeze the dough with your hands to remove air bubbles.

Remove the dough and divide it into the required portions, knead it into a round shape, and ferment for 15 minutes.

Gently flatten the fermented dough with your hands to form a round dough sheet.

Sprinkle with wolfberry evenly.

Wrap the sides of the dough sheet slightly inwards from top to bottom, roll it up, and close it to form a long olive-shaped dough with pointed ends.

Place the shaped dough on a baking sheet and place it in the oven for final fermentation.
