Crab in scallion oil
By ErynOrtiz
It is the crab-eating season. Live crabs are delicious no matter how they are cooked. Marinated, boiled, fried, and made in soup pots are all superior to crabs. White crab in onion oil is one of the methods. My son likes to eat it, so he occasionally makes it often.
