sweet and sour pork ribs

The children at home love to eat sweet and sour food, and so do I. In addition to making sweet and sour fish, sweet and sour eggs, this sweet and sour pork rib is also a reserved program on my family's table.

Steps for sweet and sour pork ribs

One pound of good small rows for spare;

Season the ribs with a small amount of sauce and leave for about an hour;

Add 5 tablespoons of starch;

Mix the ribs with starch well;

Pour oil into the pan and heat it;

Add small ribs and fry over medium high heat;

After frying the ribs, take them out of the pan first;

Pour the oil out of the pan and leave a little, add sweet and sour and ketchup, add a little water and cook over medium heat;
