Steps for Stewed cavity bone

A cut cavity bone bought in the supermarket (just a bigger piece)

Blanch the cavity bones with boiling water.

Remove it after foaming.

Prepare onions, garlic, ginger and aniseed.

Pour the cavity bones in the oil and stir fry.

Add onions, garlic, ginger, aniseed, salt, soy sauce, cooking wine, a little sugar, and add a small basin of water.

Simmer slowly over low heat (this way it will be easy to taste and the meat will be stewed until soft and rotten)
