Yangchun soba noodles
I ate too much and miscellaneous food during the day, and I wanted to eat simpler at night. Make some Yangchun noodles to eat.

Originally, Yangchun noodles were cold noodles made of white flour, with onions, sesame oil and soy sauce added inside. I even ate Yangchun noodles with lard added when I was a child. It was so fragrant. The materials are simple to make you feel full and cheap.

Now, I have made some minor changes based on Yangchun noodles. Taste better, eat fuller and healthier. This is just my subjective idea, but it is really delicious. After a small "packaging", it seems that its "value" is higher. Hehe...
