My home is in Northeast China, the hometown of Errenzhuan. Uncle Benshan promoted the art of Errenzhuan to the world, so I will promote the cuisine of Northeast China to all of China. This season is the time to grow mushrooms in my hometown. The tender and tender mushrooms are so lovely just by looking at them.

Prepare the ingredients.
