oatmeal crackers
By BradLehner
Speaking of this cookie, the original recipe comes from "Teacher Meng's 100 Biscuits", but I changed it. The original recipe was to melt 50 grams of butter and use it, so I skipped the melting step and directly used salad oil. Without yellow sugar, I used soft white sugar directly. The original recipe changed the amount of 50 grams of sugar to 40 grams, and added 50 grams if I liked sweet. The biscuits are very crispy after being baked. If not to mention it, most people would not be able to taste oats. Those who like pretzels can try them.
