Steps for Red pepper loofah

Main and auxiliary materials: loofah, red pepper.

Peel the towel gourd, wash it, and cut into hob blocks.

Cut the red pepper into rings.

Heat the oil in the pan, add the red pepper and stir-fry.

Then add the loofah and stir fry well.

Stir fry until the loofah slightly collapses, season with salt and MSG.
