Cheese-bacon pizza
I had nothing to do at home on weekends and wanted to eat pizza, but many of the ingredients were not complete and I didn't want to buy them specifically, so I made it with existing ingredients. There were only pans and no other ovens and microwaves. I collected other people's pan pizza stickers online and started.

Steps for Cheese-bacon pizza

  • 1
(Normal practice for a thick-bottomed pizza base: Use flour + milk (water)+ yeast to spread the dough, add some butter to knead the dough, after spreading for an hour, roll the dough into a thin cake base with thick sides, and then use a fork to fork out the thin holes.) I don't have yeast, and I need a lot of flour to make a thick cake base, so I can't achieve low calories, so I just use 30g of flour + warm water to make a batter.

Chop half of the tomatoes, chop cabbage, chop garlic cloves, cut dried peppers, and shredded cheese slices.
  • 3
Add a little oil to the pan, add garlic cloves and saute until fragrant, add tomatoes and cabbage, stir fry, add more, and wait until all ingredients become sticky, add a little salt and pepper. You don't need to add much. Remove the water over high heat and then serve for later use.

Add a little oil to the pan, saute the dried peppers until fragrant, and set aside.
  • 5
Leave the oil in the pan, fry the bacon in the pan until it is cooked, and the aroma is fragrant ~ then take out and cut into pieces.
  • 6
Add a little oil to the pan and smooth. Paste the bottom, shake the pan, let the batter spread out the entire bottom of the pot, and fry slowly over low heat. Be patient until the bottom is completely fried firmly. Immediately after turning, adjust to a low heat, quickly start to cook, and spread the tomato and vegetable paste on it (note that if you use the paste made from other vegetables, don't use too much, the dough will not be able to withstand it if you eat too much), sprinkle with a layer of shredded cheese, sprinkle with shredded bacon, sprinkle with pepper, and finally sprinkle with another layer of shredded cheese and cover the lid.

Fry it on low heat for about 15 minutes. Check it out. If the lid is transparent, it would be best to view it directly. When the cheese melts and the pizza is basically bonded together, the aroma of the pizza has begun to overflow. Turn off the heat and simmer it for another 5 minutes.

After loading, sprinkle the remaining half of the tomatoes on the side, add a cup of coconut milk, and start! It's super delicious!

Although there is no crispy feeling of pizza with thick cake bottom in the oven, it is still very fragrant ~ and it is low calorie oh, all the ingredients I made this time are only 321 calories, which is really quite low for pizza! You can't imagine how hot a pizza meal outside is!
