Spareribs noodles with tomato sauce
I haven't made hand-rolled noodles for a long time. The noodles rolled by myself are specially cut wide. It seems that I have returned to the time when I used a big rolling stick to make noodles at my grandma's house more than ten years ago, and paired with fried noodles made from ribs. It's very enjoyable to eat.
