Mango sago meatballs
By EileenWard
Hearing a loud burp just now made me feel very satisfied! The baby just came back from outside and ate an entire bowl of mango sago meatballs in one go. This is what I learned from the last time in "Youxianmeidi". There is no need to add any sugar. The natural aroma and sweetness of mango, coupled with the soft, waxy and smooth texture of glutinous rice and sago, makes the taste buds very enjoyable.
Steps for Mango sago meatballs

1
Release the sago in the water and cook until translucent. Turn off the heat, simmer for a while until it is completely transparent.
2
Wash the mango, cut it in half, remove the core, peel out half of the pulp, and cut the half into small pieces for later use.
3
Cook the glutinous rice balls until they float, immediately remove them from the water, and rinse them with cold boiling water to prevent adhesion.
4
Remove the clear sago and strain to remove the water.
5
Pour the beaten mango juice into the diced mango.
6
Add the dumplings and sago to the mango juice and mango meat, mix well.
7
Add a small spoonful of homemade mango ice cream. (This is a photo of the finished three-color ice cream product last time.)
8
A delicious and nutritious bowl of desserts is ready. The color of mangoes has a pleasant magic. One bite will make you happy all day. May my baby grow up happily like mango without worries.

Here is an empty bowl with two spoons in it. The small spoon was used to taste a small bite of dessert just now, but the baby thought I was competing with her. Immediately accelerated. I ate all the desserts in less than three minutes, and then gave me a loud burp.
