After I finished it, I found that the bread was not that difficult to get, hehe... By the way, if you don't like sesame seeds, you can omit or add something else.

Steps for Bacon cheese bread

Prepare the ingredients, first stir-fry the sesame seeds until fragrant, put them in the cooking machine and grind them into powder.

Mix 70 grams of water with dry yeast, add to ingredients other than butter, knead into dough, add butter, knead until smooth and not sticky to your hands, knead until an extended stage can pull out the film, and ferment at 28 degrees for an hour, until it reaches 2.5 times the size (if the weather is hot, it may take half an hour).

Cut the filling materials while fermenting. Remove the dough, divide it into 4 pieces, round it, and ferment in the middle of 15 minutes.

Flat the dough in the middle and roll it into an oval shape with a rolling pin, slightly flatter, sprinkle with cheese, bacon, and corn kernels, start on both sides, and wrap it like a dumpling.

Wrap it and press it slightly to let the air inside escape. (I use Junzhi's oven-sealed fermentation method.) Put hot water into the oven, put in the rolled bread, and close the door for the final fermentation for 40 minutes.

Take out the bread, drain off the hot water, heat the middle layer, preheat the oven at 180 degrees, and squeeze some salad dressing or other stuff on top if you like.
