Steps for Chocolate donut

Mix material A with a rubber spatula, cook over low heat and stir until it becomes a paste, remove and cool, cover with plastic wrap and chill for about 60 minutes, and set aside.2
Mix all the materials from Method 1 and Material B, first stir on slow speed to form a dough, and then stir on medium speed to form a slightly smooth shape.3
Add butter and stir on slow speed, then stir on medium speed to form a smooth, malleable dough.4
Place the dough in a container, cover with plastic wrap, and allow for basic fermentation for about 50 minutes.

Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 1cm.

Cut it with a doughnut model, and then ferment for about 20 minutes.

Heat the oil to medium heat, fry the dough until golden brown on both sides, and let cool.

After the chocolate is heated and melted, dip the donut in the chocolate and let it sit until the chocolate solidifies.
