Steps for sausage rolls

1
Dissolve the yeast with a little warm water, pour it into the flour, add water, and knead until it is 'three'. (Do not add water at once, add it as appropriate.) After kneading the dough smoothly, place it in a warm and moist place to ferment until the dough is twice its original size.
2
Clean the sausage and peel off the casings for later use.
3
Take out the leavened dough, gently press and vent, use a cutting plate to cut small dough pieces, and rub them into long and thin strips.
4
Gently wrap the fine noodles into sausage.
5
Put cold water in the steamer, brush oil on the steaming rack, and arrange the rolled sausage rolls on the steaming rack.
6
Cover the pan and wake up for a second time, about 35 minutes.
7
Fire directly without opening the lid. After boiling over high heat, turn to medium to medium heat for about 20 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for about three minutes, and then open the pot and serve in the basin.
