Sauce maple leaves

Maple leaves are named after the shape of small pomfret fish, which is the time to eat recently. The tender maple leaves are seasoned with soy sauce and salt and steamed directly into the pan. The original flavor is very delicious.

Steps for Sauce maple leaves

Wash six fresh little pomfret fish for later use.

After dissecting the abdomen, remove the intestines, rinse and place them on a plate.

Sprinkle soy sauce and salt evenly on the fish to taste.

Steam in a cold water pot over medium high heat.

Turn off the fire in ten minutes.

Sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve.
