Suddenly I wanted to eat noodles and found that only Tongzai noodles were left in the cupboard. With an inspiration, I made my own seasonings and fried Tongzai noodles. I like it very much, I have a special appetite, it is very delicious, and it has a taste of home.

Steps for Dry stir-fried Tongzai noodles

Ingredients: tube noodles, ham slices, sausage, red pepper, garlic, rice, and shallot seasoning: soy sauce, salt, pepper powder, soy sauce, starch water

Cut all materials well for use.

Add water to the pan and put the dried noodles into the pan 2-3 minutes before the water boils.
