Steps for Luffa dried tofu

Main and auxiliary materials: loofah, dried tofu (thousand sheets, white leaves), green onions.

Peel the towel gourd, wash it, and cut and apply the blade.

Cut the dried tofu into elephant eye slices (diamond-shaped slices).

Raise the pan to heat the oil and saute the chives flowers.

Add the dried tofu and stir well.

Cook soy sauce.

Add appropriate amount of chicken soup or water and simmer for 3 minutes.

Add the loofah slices, season with salt, and stir fry well.

Simmer for about 1 minute, add MSG to freshen up.
