Steps for Strawberry mousse

1
2 pieces of cake, trim the edges to make the cake one circle smaller than the 8-inch mold.
2
Dice 3-4 strawberries, pick some evenly sized ones and cut them in half (forgot to take pictures).
3
Coat an 8-inch cake mold with a layer of tin foil paper to prevent leakage. Put a piece of cake in it, and place a circle of strawberries cut in half on the edge of the mold.
4
Stir 3-4 strawberries into slurry with a blender.
5
Soak gelatine in milk for 10 minutes, melt in water, and let cool.
6
Pour into the strawberry paste and mix well.
7
Whisk whipped cream with sugar until stiff.
8
Pour the strawberry gelatine liquid into the whipped cream and mix well.
9
Pour 1/2 of mousse into the mold and sprinkle with diced strawberries.
10
Cover with another piece of cake and press lightly.
11
Pour in the remaining mousse, smooth it out, and place it in the refrigerator for more than 6 hours.
12
Boil orange-flavored jelly powder in water to melt and let cool.
13
Pour into the cake and garnish with cherries.
14
When demoulding, use a hair dryer to blow along the edge for 2-3 times to easily demoulding.
