Steps for Jade fan bag

Dissolve the yeast in warm water and let stand for 5 minutes; add milk powder and sugar into the flour bowl, and add yeast water in portions.

Knead into soft dough, wrap it with plastic wrap and ferment.

Fermentation until 1.5 to 2 times its original size, showing a honeycomb shape; gently squeeze the dough with your hands to remove bubbles.

Take a little fermented dough and add red yeast to knead well.

Divide into the required small portions, round and ferment for 15 minutes.

Press the fermented dough flat, roll it into a round sheet with a rolling pin, and fold it in half.

Fold it in half again to form a fan shape, and press an arc with the bottle cap at 1/3 of the place.
