Old stewed Jinchang fish

When I bought cooked food, I served it with a bag of old stewed rice, but it was useless. Tonight when I was cooking Jinchang fish, I had the idea of using old stewed rice to cook Jinchang fish. Hehe... the taste is okay.

Steps for Old stewed Jinchang fish

Jinchang Fish emptied everything in its stomach and washed it for later use. (Fish is best cut with a cut flower knife. It is easy to taste, so I forgot about the cut flower knife)

Half a bowl of old gravy, and appropriate amount of shredded ginger.

Add oil to the hot pan, first add a small part of shredded ginger, fry slightly, add Jinchang fish and fry until both sides are golden brown.

Pour in the old brine, add appropriate amount of water, cover and cook.

Cook for about 10 minutes and remove.
