Northern fried steamed buns
By MavisDoyle
In the market in my hometown, oily buns are indispensable. The oily buns taste crispy and are popular among adults and children. If they are paired with a bowl of spicy soup, it will be really delicious in the world! The oily buns I made are a little worse than those at home because they are not crispy enough, but they are just crisp, but I still think they are very delicious.

Steps for Northern fried steamed buns

1
Pour appropriate amount of flour into a basin. Sprinkle salt and dry yeast evenly on the flour, and blend the flour into a dough with warm water. (You can also use "dead noodles" directly, which will soften when fried)
2
Wait until the dough is twice as big as before.
3
Pour appropriate amount of oil into the pan and heat it up. Switch to medium fire! (If you have a large population, you can pour more oil. It will taste better when fried)
4
Take the previously prepared dough onto the chopping board, rub it with your hands a few times, divide it into small portions, apply cooking oil on the divided dough, and then roll out the dough thin with a rolling pin.
5
Roll the dough into this shape, or you can make it into the shape you like.
6
Make two cuts in the middle of the formed dough to fry it thoroughly and look good.
7
Spread the prepared steamed buns evenly with both hands, put them into the oil pan, and turn them upside down and fry until done.
8
The crispy and delicious steamed buns are fried. When bitten, they have the unique flavor of steamed noodles and are very delicious.
