So, sweet potato vermicelli (other flour can also be used) is boiled in cold water for about 5 minutes. Cook until the vermicelli becomes soft. Sweet potato flour is strong and will not rot after being cooked for a long time. It is recommended to try it.2
We can make the ingredients for a few minutes while cooking the powder. 1 Rub small meat paste (no meat paste can be cut into ham sausage, and even pork belly can increase the feeling of meat), marinate with salt for a while; chop the green onions and garlic, cut the green onions short and shredded; break a few leaves of cabbage, wash and tear the slices.3
Cook the vermicelli and set aside. Heat the pan and pour a little oil to stir-fry the meat paste. Stir fry until the meat is oily, and scatter and shovel up for later use.4
Put 20 grams of oil into the pan, heat the oil at 70%, and then add a small piece of hot pot ingredients and stir fry over medium heat. Add ginger, garlic, and onions. Stir fry until all the hot pot ingredients are melted, add 2 bowls of boiled water ingredients, and add shredded green onions.5
