My family likes steaming cakes. It is simple and short. Steaming cakes for breakfast is also a good choice.

Steps for steamed cake

Put eggs and sugar in a clean container.

Use an electric eggbeater to beat the eggs until they are milky white. After picking up, the egg paste that drops can be written with eight characters and will not disappear immediately.

Sieve in flour and baking powder.

Then pour in corn oil and water.

Use an egg beater to stir from the bottom of the container until a particle-free paste. Use a rubber knife to scrape and mix the batter on the edge of the container evenly.

Pour into greased plate. (I don't have a small deep plate at home, so I had to use a 9-inch pie plate.)
