Main and auxiliary materials: loofah, crab stick, green onion.

Peel, wash, and cut into strips.

Cut the crab stick into small pieces and chop the green onions.

Heat the oil in the pan, add the chopped green onion and stir-fry.

Add the loofah strips and stir-fry well.

Add a little water and simmer for 1 minute until the loofah is cooked.

Season with salt and MSG. Add the crab stick, simmer it slightly, add a few drops of vinegar to enhance the aroma, and turn off the heat.

Remove from the pot and place on plates, and embellishment slightly.
