Beer chicken

I have eaten beer fish and beer duck a few times. The beer fish is delicious in Yangshuo, Guilin. I don't know where the beer duck is the specialty, but I still think it's good. I wanted to make chicken to eat last night, but I didn't want to always eat the same flavor. There happened to be beer, so let's have a beer chicken!

Steps for Beer chicken

Thaw chicken, wash and set aside.

Cut the green onions into sections and shred the ginger.

Boil water in the pan, add the chicken and blanch.

Remove and drain the chicken.

Heat the oil in the pan, saute half of the shredded ginger until fragrant, add the chicken and stir fry until oil.

Add a large spoonful of white vinegar and cooking wine, cook to dry, add appropriate amount of soy sauce and pepper, pour in beer, and drown the chicken.

Bring to a boil, add the remaining half of the shredded ginger and chopped green onions, and continue cooking.

When cooked until it is dry, add the spring onion segments and stir fry before serving.
