Steps for Shredded chicken jelly

Cook the chicken breast. (If no blood flows out when inserting it with chopsticks, turn off the heat and fish it out)

Tear the chicken breast into filaments.

Minced garlic, shredded cucumber and set aside.

Wash the jelly and cut it into small pieces.

Add minced garlic, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon salt, 1 tablespoon sugar, appropriate amount of chili powder, sesame oil (sesame oil), and stir well.
