When I made this bowl of noodles, I was originally going to participate in the Zhajiang Noodle Competition, but I went out to work this month and came home too late. I gave up before the pictures were sorted out.

My son likes Xinhe soy sauce and green pepper shredded pork. When it is made together, it tastes great~~
