I have eaten a lot of white chopped ducks, but I have never cooked them myself. I used to make white-cut chickens, but today I make white-cut ducks for the first time.

Steps for White chopped duck

Prepare half of the duck to wash it for use.

Put clear water into the pot, put the duck in on high heat and bring it to a boil. Change to medium heat and cook until the duck is cooked. When judging that the duck is cooked, take a chopstick and insert it in. If there is no blood coming out, it will be cooked.

Prepare a small bowl and add soy sauce, soy sauce, salt (just a little bit will be fine), chicken essence, shredded ginger, and shredded garlic.

Mix the above ingredients, put them in a pan and bring to a boil, add chopped green onion.

Cool the cooked duck, chop it and plate it.
