I bought fresh radish seedlings, and we usually wash them locally and use them to add sweet sauce to eat them. This time, I tried to mix it with sesame paste. It was quite light and refreshing.

Steps for Sauced radish seedlings

Wash the radish seedlings. (Keep the roots and don't take them off)

Put the radish seedlings in boiling water to warm them slightly.

Add soy sauce and sesame oil to sesame paste and mix well.

Drain the blanched radish seedlings and place them in a basin, and add the sesame paste.

Because soy sauce is added to the sesame paste, there is generally no need to add salt. Please adjust it according to your own taste.
