Steps for fried kohlrabi

Wash one kohlrabi.

Cut into thick strips.

Heat the oil pan and stir-fry the chopped kohlrabi.

After stir-frying for a while, add a little water, cover and cook for a while. You can add more or less water according to your preferences.
