Steps for Flavor mashed potatoes

Peel and wash potatoes.

Cut the potatoes in half and put them in a pan to cook.

Remove the cooked potatoes into a basin and press them into mud with a spoon.

Cut the pork into minced meat, and cut the green and red peppers into minced meat.

Put the oil in the pan, add half of the minced meat, add pepper powder, and stir-fry with soy sauce until done, then add half of the minced green and red peppers, and finally add the mashed potatoes with salt and stir well.

After stir-frying the mashed potatoes, serve into a plate.

Put the rice into a bowl, add the olive cabbage, and mix well.

Use lettuce leaves, wrap in rice, and place on the edge of the mashed potatoes. Sprinkle shredded green onion and coriander on top of the mashed potatoes.

Put the oil in the frying pan, stir-fry the remaining minced pork, shredded green and red peppers with pepper powder, and soy sauce until done, add a little water to boil, add a little water starch to thicken, and burn on the mashed potatoes.
