Steps for Tomato fish ball soup

Cut the chives and garlic well and set aside.

Wash and slice tomatoes.

. Thaw the fish balls and wash them.

Add the chopped tomatoes and stir fry until juice comes out. (The tomato skins will be rolled up during frying, but don't pinch them out)

Pour in 1 bowl of boiling water and boil.

After the water in the pan boils again, add salt, sugar, and chicken essence to taste, and sprinkle with chives.

I prefer fish balls, so I put more fish balls than tomatoes. One fish ball per spoonful is delicious!
