Steps for Fish-flavored cabbage

Ingredients: 500g cabbage, onion, ginger and garlic, 30g of Pi County bean paste.

Break the cabbage into blocks, soak in light salt water for 30 minutes, wash and drain.

Raise the pan to heat the oil and saute the chives, ginger and garlic.

Add Pi County bean paste and stir-fry over low heat to produce red oil.

Add cabbage and stir-fry until the seedlings are collapsed.

Add salt, sugar and MSG to taste, stir fry well and serve.
