Wash the leeks, cut them into sections and place them in a plate for later use.

Knock the eggs into a bowl, put the oil in a hot pan and heat them up, pour in the beaten egg liquid, and stir fry until done.

Put the scrambled eggs into a bowl and set aside.

Put the oil in a hot pan and heat it, pour in the leeks, stir quickly and stir well, add refined salt and five-spice powder.
