Steps for braised potatoes

Wash the potatoes, peel and cut into small pieces.

Wash the pork and cut it into thin slices.

Put oil in the pan, add the meat slices and stir-fry.

Chop the onions, ginger, and garlic, and put them into the pan and stir-fry.
