Steps for Homemade spiced peanuts

Wash the fresh peanuts and place them in a basin for later use.

Put the onion, ginger, garlic, aniseed, pepper, and cinnamon into a plate for later use.

Put the washed peanuts into the pan, add the chopped green onions, ginger and garlic, aniseed, pepper, cinnamon, and large grains of salt.

Stir all ingredients well, soak for one day, and cook over heat.

Bring the peanuts to a boil over high heat and cook slowly over low heat.

Turn off the heat and smother it for another day to let the peanuts fully taste.

Remove and place outside to dry.
