Add yeast and dough to the flour and soak for 10 minutes.

Wash the red dates and cut them into pieces.

Roll the dough into slices and add half of the red dates and knead well.

Then knead the other half of the red dates into the dough.

Rub the dough repeatedly evenly.

Roll it into thin slices.

Cut into evenly sized steamed buns.

Put it in a steamer and bring to a boil over high heat and steam for 20 minutes. Simmer for 3 minutes and remove.
