Steps for braised pork ribs

Soak the ribs for a while first, remove the blood, and wash them. Cut the ginger into powder and set aside. Boil a pot of hot water and blanch the ribs for five minutes, without covering the water, so that the fishy smell of the meat can be allowed to evaporate. Remove and control the moisture.
