Steps for stir-fried broccoli

Wash broccoli petals into small pieces.

Peel and slice the carrot.

Cut garlic into small pieces.

Put water in the pan, add half a teaspoon of water, and bring to a boil.

Add in broccoli and blanch for one minute and remove.

Heat the pan to cool the oil, add garlic and carrots.

Stir fry until garlic smells fragrant, add broccoli and stir for 1 minute.

Season with salt.
