There was no cocoa powder at home, so I still wanted to make a marble breeze cake. I searched for it and found a bag of coffee. I tried making a coffee marble breeze cake, which tasted good.

Steps for Coffee Marble Qifeng Cake

Prepare the ingredients.

Separate the egg white and egg yolk. Put the egg white in an oil-free and water-free basin.

Beat egg whites with an electric whisk and add white sugar in three times.

Beat the egg white until it is hard and frothy. Lift the whisk. Small triangles appear on the whisk head and will not drip.

Beat the egg yolks with a manual whisk, add the vegetable oil in three times, and finally add all the milk and stir well.

Mix the flour, salt, and baking powder well, sieve and add to the egg yolk paste.

After cutting and mixing with a rubber spatula, add one-third of the egg white paste, cut and mix well.

Pour the egg yolk paste back into the egg white paste, cut and mix well.

Pour the cake paste into the mold, leaving one-third of the cake paste, add a bag of coffee and mix well.

Pour the cake batter mixed with the coffee into the mold. Mix gently a few times. Don't mix evenly.

Preheat the oven and put in the cake batter. 150 degrees for about 45 minutes.

Turn upside down immediately after baking and let cool.

Remove the mold after cooling thoroughly. I removed the skin from the cake.
