Portuguese egg tarts

Portuguese egg tarts
I like to eat Portuguese egg dumplings, and I always forget the taste after eating them.
I have always wanted to try making Portuguese egg cakes.
But every time I think that making a layer of meringue is very difficult, I give up the idea of making it.
Ever since I learned that I could use meringue to make dumplings.
I started to feel ready to do it. But there was no material and it was left behind...
Finally, on a sunny afternoon,
My first time ~~ The milky aroma of Portuguese egg cakes is baked.
The first time was very successful, with the crispy crust, the smooth and tender dumpling filling,
One bite will be filled with the strong aroma of milk and egg.
Bring it to my sister. My sister thought I bought it out! Haha... It was so cool to hear it...
