Steps for Purple potato cake

Wash the purple potatoes and cut them into slices.

Put it in a steamer and steam it.

Peel the steamed purple potatoes and press them into a paste.

Add glutinous rice flour, white sugar, and appropriate amount of water.

After kneading the glutinous rice dough smoothly, knead it into small balls.

Press the dough into a cake shape. (Does it look a little dry? Because I don't like to add too much water and glutinous rice, and it will soften when fried.)

Wrap sesame seeds on both sides.
