The simplest Korean home-cooked dish, and Chinese dishes seem to be eaten in this way. The difference between the two is that Korean dishes need to be dipped in sauce. That sauce is the essence of this dish and has a unique taste.

Steps for Pan-fried zucchini

Wash and slice the zucchini, sprinkle with a little salt to taste.

Beat the eggs, cut the red and green peppers into rings. Coat zucchini slices with flour.
