Steps for Scrambled eggs with bitter gourd

Slice bitter gourd into thin slices and marinate with salt. Set aside two eggs and beat the garlic into pieces.

Heat the oil in the pan and beat in two eggs.

Scramble the eggs over low heat, stir-fry and serve for later use. (Stir fry over low heat can keep the eggs tender)

Continue to heat the oil in the pan and heat the garlic.

Add bitter gourd and stir fry.

Stir fry until done, add salt to taste, add eggs and stir well.
