Ingredients: Sharp pepper, potatoes.

Shred the sharp peppers and the green onions.

Shred the potatoes (or insert them into shreds with a plugboard) and soak in water for 10 minutes.

Boil boiling water in the pan, add shredded potatoes, and add white vinegar. Bring to the boil again, remove and set aside.

Remove the pan to heat the oil, add the chopped green onion and stir-fry well.

Add shredded pepper.

Stir fry well and add the spare shredded potatoes.

Stir fry quickly over high heat.
