Maotai-flavored pork intestines
By EliHerzog
I accidentally found this Maotai-flavored fat sausage. I didn't expect that the taste would be unexpected. It was really, very delicious because it was fried too quickly when making it, and the camera was a bit inappropriate. There are no illustrations of some steps. I will explain the text in detail. If you follow this step at home, you will definitely love it.

Steps for Maotai-flavored pork intestines

1
Wash the fresh fat sausage purchased twice with salt and cooking wine, then add ginger pieces, star anise, pepper, salt, cooking wine and appropriate amount of soy sauce and cook for 40 minutes over medium heat. Allow it to cool and remove it and cut it into sections about two centimeters.
2
To prepare the sauce, use a spoon as a measuring device, add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce and 1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce, and appropriate amount of salt, sugar, and chicken essence according to the taste. Finally, add half a bowl of water and a little starch to make a sauce for use.
3
Cut green peppers into diamond-shaped slices, onion strips, green onions into sections, garlic and ginger slices, and plate for later use.
4
When the pan is warm, add ginger slices and pepper and saute until fragrant.
5
Remove the pepper when it is stir-fried. (Because our family doesn't eat pepper. If it's too troublesome, we don't have to fish it.)
6
Pour in the fat sausage and stir-fry.
7
Add some soy sauce. I use Haitian soybean paste, which has a strong flavor.
8
Add the pre-adjusted sauce and cook the white wine. I use Gaoerguotou, which is also the key step of this dish.
9
Add onions, green peppers, green onions, and garlic slices in turn and stir-fry repeatedly.
10
The juice is collected on fire.
11
Just load the plate.
